Arigo, a leader in the enterprise sourcing & trade management software space, is looking for an entry-level tech writer to join our team.
The successful applicant will;
Develop, write, and maintain information for internal and external audiences such as online help, installation and upgrade instructions, and release notes.
Perform research on available product information, such as design specs and prototypes; interviews remote and local technical experts; and conduct tests of technical features and document usability.
Function as a member of a cross-functional software team in an agile development environment; collaborate with product management, software engineers, test engineers, and support personnel to produce product documentation based on established deadlines and milestones.
The ideal candidate will;
Understand the different user levels and be able to write effective documentation to that level. Be able to work with writing styles, including templates and style guides.
Have excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as good analytical and problem-solving skills, and an aptitude for technical concepts.
Possess an ability to work in a team environment, as well as independently.
Have a working knowledge of basic HTML.
Have experience with screen capturing, creating illustrations and diagrams, and graphics manipulation.
Compensation is commensurate with experience.
